Clif McKee, Postdoc, USA
Clif is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. He received his PhD in Ecology in 2019 from Colorado State University where he studied the infection dynamics and evolution of bacterial infections in bats and their vectors. Clif uses a combination of statistical modeling and phylogenetics to investigate pathogen persistence in animal reservoirs, evolution of host specificity, and ecological drivers of pathogen spillover.
