Henrik Salje, Collaborator, France

Henrik is a Group Leader in the Mathematical Modelling of Infectious Diseases Unit at Institut Pasteur and Adjunct Assistant Professor at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. His group focuses on applied public health research, combining the development of analytical approaches with empirical research to better understand the transmission dynamics of different infectious diseases. Henrik works very closely with antigenic and genetic data and most of his research is conducted in Asia, in particular Bangladesh and Thailand.
